Itinerary

Day 1 : Šibenik – Kalpić - Krka Waterfalls - Trogir - Split

In the morning, walking tour of Šibenik, the oldest native Croatian city in the Adriatic including the famous UNESCO world heritage site St. James Cathedral. The authentic lunch is scheduled in the very remote village of Kalpić followed by a visit to the Krka Waterfalls. Continuing the scenic ride to the medieval town of Trogir including the visit to St Laurence’s Cathedral, the municipal loggia and different palazzo’s. Overnight in Split 1#.

Day 2 : Split

Visit of the Diocletian’s Palace beginning with the sightseeing tour of the substructures through the labyrinth of tunnels, followed by the visit of Peristyle Square. The sightseeing tour continues at the heart of the palace complex and to the Cathedral of St Domnius (patron saint, the nearby Temple of Jupiter, the gates that once served as entranceways to the palace itself and much more… Afternoon at own leisure. Day 3 : Split – Delta of the Neretva river - Ston - Dubrovnik

Early start from Split in direction of the south passing through the impressive Delta of Neretva river, well-known for its mandarin production, just before the brief pass-through Bosnia and Herzegovina and reaching the cities of Mali Ston and Ston (aka Salt City). In Ston, visit of the monumental defensive system constructed by the Republic of Dubrovnik. Tasting the local delicacies - oysters, mussels & wine. Continuing via panoramic coastal route to Dubrovnik admiring the Elafiti islands. Upon arrival to Dubrovnik, visit the old town centre including the Pile Gate, big Onofrio´s fountain, Roland's column, bell tower, Stradun promenade, Dominican monastery, Franciscan monastery and Rector's palace. Free evening to enjoy Dubrovnik by night. Overnight in Dubrovnik 3#.

Day 4 : Departure

Breakfast in hotel. Departure from Dubrovnik to Split by bus.
